Mission

§ 01

A study companion, not a replacement.

We built WSU to solve a simple problem: how can busy professionals efficiently organise, track and master complex financial concepts?

Our platform combines proven learning science with modern technology to create a structured, analytics-driven study companion that works alongside official curriculum materials.

That last part is deliberate. WSU is a companion to the official CFA Program curriculum: it organises, tests and measures your coverage of that material rather than substituting for it.

Most of the people we build for are doing this around a job. The constraint is never willingness; it is knowing which two hours this week are the ones that matter.

How this started.

Wall Street Uni began in 2024 when a group of CFA charterholders recognized a gap in the exam preparation market. While excellent curriculum materials existed, candidates lacked a structured platform to organize their learning, track progress, and identify knowledge gaps.

We spent months interviewing finance professionals preparing for exams, understanding their pain points, and researching learning science. The insights were clear: candidates needed better organization, more granular analytics, and personalized study guidance.

We’re just getting started. Our ambition is to create a helpful and dependable resource for those working toward professional finance qualifications.
