This policy explains how WEBZI s.r.o. (trading as Wall Street Uni) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on this site, in line with the EU ePrivacy Directive (Art. 5(3)) and the GDPR.

§ 01What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies: local storage, session storage, pixels and the GTM dataLayer: for the same purposes. Throughout this policy “cookies” refers to all of them.
Consent
§ 02How we get your consent
On your first visit you see a consent banner. Strictly necessary cookies load by default: they are required for the platform to function and the ePrivacy Directive does not require consent for them.
Analytics and marketing cookies are denied by default via Google Consent Mode v2. They only load after you click Accept all or enable the corresponding switch in Manage preferences. Your choices are stored in the wsu_cc_consentcookie for 365 days; revisit the “Manage cookies” link in the footer at any time to change them.

- Google Tag Manager: orchestrates the tags below: sets no cookies of its own.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): aggregate analytics with IP truncation and Consent Mode v2.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corp.): heatmaps and session replay; form fields and passwords are redacted at source.
- Google Ads: conversion measurement and remarketing.
- Microsoft Ads (UET): conversion measurement for Bing campaigns.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag: conversion measurement and remarketing.
- Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights: cookieless, first-party performance and aggregate page-view telemetry. Loaded outside the consent banner.
- Stripe: sets fraud-prevention cookies on the checkout page only.

Your choices
§ 05Managing your choices
Four ways to control what is set, including the two signals we honour automatically.
- In-site: use the Manage cookies link in the footer to change or withdraw consent.
- Browser settings: all major browsers let you view, block or delete cookies. Doing so may break sign-in or other features that need necessary cookies.
- Global Privacy Control: we honour the GPC signal as an opt-out of marketing categories.
- Do Not Track: the standard was deprecated: use the cookie banner or GPC instead.
Amendments
§ 06Updates
We may update this policy when we add, remove or change a tag. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Material changes trigger a re-prompt of the consent banner.
