7-day money-back guarantee

No questions asked: if WSU isn't right for you during this period, we'll refund your payment in full.

We want you to be completely satisfied with Wall Street Uni. If you’re not happy with our platform, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

This guarantee applies to:

First-time subscribers only
Your initial subscription purchase
Requests made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date

Making a request

§ 02

How to request a refund

Three steps. There is no form to fill in and no retention call: an email is enough.

Send an emailEmail us at billing@wallstreetuni.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
Include the required informationYour registered email address, the order or transaction ID if available, and the date of purchase.
Receive confirmationWe'll process your request within 2-3 business days and send you a confirmation email.

Timing

Refund processing time

Once your refund is approved:

We process the refund within 2-3 business days
Your payment method will be credited within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Your account access will be terminated after the refund is issued

Eligibility

What is and is not eligible

Both lists in full, side by side, rather than the second one buried below the first.

Eligible for refund

First-time subscription purchases
Requests made within 7 days of purchase
Technical issues that prevent platform access (after attempting support resolution)
Duplicate charges or billing errors

Not eligible for refund

Subscription renewals
Requests made after the 7-day period
Partial refunds for unused time
Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
Second or subsequent subscription purchases
Exam failure or dissatisfaction with exam results

Renewals

§ 05

Subscription renewals

Please note that subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. To avoid being charged for renewal:

Cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can cancel anytime from your account settings
After cancellation, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period

Disputes

§ 06

Billing errors and disputes

If you notice any billing errors or unauthorized charges:

Contact us immediately at billing@wallstreetuni.com
Provide details of the charge and the issue
We’ll investigate and resolve the matter within 3-5 business days
Legitimate errors will be refunded promptly

Amendments

§ 07

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of WSU after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
