1. Independence & Trademarks
WEBZI s.r.o. (IČO 24602175, registered office Krásova 2919/31a, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic), trading as “Wall Street Uni” (“WSU”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operates wallstreetuni.com and related services. We are an independent third-party study platform. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as official statements of, advice from, or representation of CFA Institute or any other examination body.
All trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
2. No Guarantee of Exam Success
WSU is designed to support your exam preparation, but we do not — and cannot — guarantee that you will pass any examination, achieve a particular score, or obtain any qualification.
Your exam outcome depends on many factors outside our control, including:
- Your dedication, study habits, and time invested;
- Prior knowledge, educational background, and quantitative ability;
- Your use of the official curriculum and other study materials;
- Your performance on exam day, including stress, fatigue, and test-centre conditions;
- Changes to the exam structure, content, or grading by the examination body;
- Personal circumstances unrelated to the Platform.
Any pass-rate statistics, testimonials, or success stories are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee your individual results.
3. Educational Purpose Only
All content on WSU — including questions, explanations, mock exams, charts, articles, summaries, AI-generated output, and any other materials — is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes.
It is intended to:
- Help you organise and structure your learning;
- Provide practice questions, mock exams, and progress analytics;
- Identify weak topics so you can focus your study time;
- Offer concept summaries, explanations, and visual tools.
WSU is designed to support your exam preparation and can be used on its own or alongside other study resources. We recommend using WSU together with the official curriculum provided by the relevant examination body for the most comprehensive preparation.
4. Not Financial, Legal or Professional Advice
Information on WSU is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, career, or any other professional advice. You must not rely on WSU for any of the following:
- Making personal or business investment decisions;
- Providing advice or recommendations to clients, employers, or third parties;
- Substituting for consultation with a qualified, licensed professional;
- Compliance with regulatory or fiduciary obligations;
- Trading securities or any other financial instruments.
Always consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction for advice tailored to your individual circumstances.
5. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep all content aligned with the official curriculum and up to date. As exam formats and curricula may evolve over time, we recommend referring to the official materials for the most current information.
6. WSU Assistant
We make every effort to ensure that responses from the WSU Assistant are as accurate and helpful as possible. We continuously analyze Assistant interactions to improve its quality, reliability, and accuracy. However, we cannot guarantee that every response will be 100% accurate.
The WSU Assistant is powered by large-language-model technology supplied by third parties.
AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, biased, or out of date. In particular:
- The Assistant may “hallucinate” — produce confident-sounding statements that are factually incorrect;
- It may misinterpret an ambiguous question or apply an incorrect formula;
- Numerical results, citations, and references should be cross-checked;
- Responses are not professional advice and must not be relied on as such (see Section 4).
The WSU Assistant should be used as a study aid, not as an authoritative source. Always verify important information before relying on it.
7. Interactive Charts & Calculators
Interactive charts, calculators, and visualisation tools on WSU illustrate financial concepts using simplified models and assumptions. They are not investment-grade tools and must not be used for trading, valuation, risk management, or any real-world financial decision.
Default values and ranges are chosen for pedagogical clarity. Real-world parameters can differ materially. Outputs may be subject to floating-point rounding and other numerical limitations.
8. Platform Availability
WSU is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be available at all times without interruption;
- All features will function perfectly without errors or defects;
- The Platform will be compatible with every device, browser, or assistive technology;
- Data will never be lost due to hardware failure, third-party outages, or unforeseen events.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, security incidents, or technical issues. We recommend exporting or backing up any notes you depend on.
9. Third-Party Content & Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, resources, services, or embed third-party content (for example, embedded videos, OAuth providers, payment forms, or analytics widgets). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for:
- The accuracy, currency, or availability of external content;
- The privacy or security practices of third-party sites;
- Any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of third-party services.
Inclusion of any third-party link, brand, or logo does not imply endorsement by WSU. See our Terms of Service — Third-Party Services for the current list of integrated providers.
10. User-Generated Content
Some Platform features let users post comments, submit feedback, request features, report bugs, upload avatars, or otherwise interact. WSU is not responsible for user-generated content and does not endorse any opinion, recommendation, or claim made by another user.
Views expressed by users do not represent the views of WSU. We may, but are not obliged to, moderate or remove user content as set out in our Acceptable Use rules.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WSU and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation:
- Lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost revenue;
- Loss, corruption, or unavailability of data or study progress;
- Exam failure, lower-than-expected scores, or postponement of exam attempts;
- Costs of procuring substitute services or materials;
- Any other indirect or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This section must be read together with the more detailed liability cap in our Terms of Service — Limitation of Liability. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, applicable law, or our practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the changes.
