- What do I get on the free plan?
- The whole Quantitative Methods book with its interactive charts and formulas, every Quantitative Methods practice question, 50 WSU Assistant messages and the first half of one mock exam. No card is needed and the plan does not expire. Questions from the other topics are part of the paid plans.
- What if I don't pass?
- Lifetime and Lifetime+ cover every retake. Your access is not tied to an exam window, so if you need another sitting you move your exam plan to the next window in Settings and carry on with the same account, progress and analytics. There is nothing more to buy. On Monthly, access continues for as long as your subscription does.
- What is the difference between Lifetime and Lifetime+?
- Both are one payment, with no renewal, every retake covered and all future curriculum updates. Lifetime+ ($550) adds two 30-minute one-to-one consultations and priority support. The study platform is the same on both.
- How does the 7-day refund work?
- If a first purchase is not right for you, email billing@wallstreetuni.com within seven days of buying it and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Renewals of a monthly plan are not refundable.
- Can I cancel Monthly at any time?
- Yes, from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing further is charged.
- Can I move from Monthly to Lifetime?
- Yes. Buy Lifetime here and your monthly subscription is cancelled automatically, so you are never billed for both. Months already paid are not credited against the Lifetime price.
- What is the Study Consultant?
- Every paid plan includes a direct line to a study consultant: a person you can ask about planning, pacing and how to use the platform for your exam window. The contact for your consultant appears in Settings after purchase. It is not part of the free plan. Lifetime+ adds scheduled one-to-one consultations.
- How does this compare with a full prep course?
- Full prep courses typically cost $1,000 to $1,500 and teach mainly through recorded video. Wall Street Uni has no video lectures: you learn by working with 41 interactive charts, 2,800+ practice questions and an AI tutor, and Lifetime is $400 once.
- Is Wall Street Uni enough on its own?
- It is built to accompany the official CFA Program curriculum, not to replace it: it organises, tests and measures your coverage of that material.
- How do I pay?
- By card, on Stripe's hosted checkout. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars.
