• 04Which exam levels does WSU support?Level I has the full platform: every topic, the question bank, mock exams, WSU Notes, flashcards and the formula sheet. For Level II and Level III, pick your level on the pricing page to see its plans.
• 05How much does WSU cost?There is a free plan with no card and no time limit. Paid plans for Level I are Monthly at $120 per month, Lifetime at $400 once and Lifetime+ at $550 once. Lifetime and Lifetime+ cover every retake. See the pricing page for everything each plan includes.
• 06Can I cancel my subscription anytime?Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. A first purchase also comes with a 7-day full refund, no questions asked.
• 07Is there a free plan?Yes. Every account starts on the free plan, with no card and no time limit: the whole Quantitative Methods book with its charts, formulas and every one of its questions, 50 WSU Assistant messages and the first half of one mock exam. Upgrade whenever you want the rest of the platform.
• 08Can I use WSU on mobile devices?Yes, WSU is responsive and accessible on mobile phones and tablets through your web browser. However, please note that certain features are not fully available on touch devices. Interactive charts with complex hover interactions, drag-and-drop functionality, and some advanced question types that rely on precise cursor positioning may have limited functionality on touchscreens. For the complete experience with all features, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer. Core features like practice questions, study tracking, and the WSU Assistant work well on all devices.
• 09How do the analytics work?Our analytics track your performance at the concept level, not just overall scores. You'll see which specific topics and subtopics need more attention, time spent per area, strength/weakness patterns, and personalized study recommendations based on your data.
• 10Do you offer student or group discounts?Yes! We offer discounts for students, bulk/team licenses for institutions and corporations, and special pricing for study groups. Contact our sales team for custom pricing options.
• 11How often is content updated?We update our content regularly to align with the latest curriculum changes. Major updates occur annually when exam providers release new curriculum versions. Additional content and features are added throughout the year based on user feedback.
• 12What if I fail my exam?Lifetime and Lifetime+ cover every retake. Your access is not tied to an exam window, so if you need another sitting you move your exam plan to the next window in Settings and carry on with the same account, progress and analytics; there is nothing more to buy. On Monthly, access continues for as long as your subscription does. No study platform can promise an exam result.
